📦 Handmade Products
All of our physical products are handmade and customized to order. Because of the time, materials, and care involved in crafting each item, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
All handmade items are non-refundable.
Please double-check your order details before submitting, including sizes, colors, and personalization. If you have any questions before ordering, we’re happy to help.
💻 Digital Products & Downloads
Due to the instant access nature of digital products (downloads, files, templates, audio/video, etc.), all sales are final and non-refundable once the purchase is completed.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- eBooks
- Digital downloads
- Video/audio files
- Training materials
- Any electronically delivered content
